ABOUT THIS SPACE
This building was built over 100 years ago in the Victorian tradition that defines Ocean Grove's National Historic District. The renovation brought it fully up to date, with a modern kitchen, new beds, and fresh finishes throughout, but the original character is intact: hardwood floors, high ceilings, a covered front porch, and the kind of proportions you only find in homes this old. It is comfortable, not cookie-cutter.

THE OUTDOOR SPACE
Blue Adirondack chairs ring a square fire pit in the backyard, a dark-wood dining set sits under a navy umbrella, and a propane grill is ready on arrival. Edison lights extend the evening. Out front, two wicker chairs on the classic covered porch face the tree-lined street, perfect with coffee at 7 AM.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire first-floor apartment is yours: both bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, covered front porch, and backyard patio with fire pit and outdoor dining. Check-in is self-directed via a keypad lock and your personal access code arrives before your check-in date. No key pickup required. Check-in at 4:00 PM or later. Checkout by 10:00 AM. The propane grill is shared with the upstairs unit and available throughout your stay.

PARKING
Free on-street parking on Embury Avenue and surrounding residential blocks, no permit required. Spots fill on peak summer and holiday weekends, so arriving earlier helps. No private driveway or garage. The property is highly walkable so park once and you may not need the car again until checkout.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
