**Note: From October through early May, Regency Towers will be undergoing off-season upgrades to walkways and exterior areas in preparation for an incredible 2026 summer season. Pre-Arrival Process:
To ensure a seamless check-in, we use a secure, web-based system called Happy Guest for our rental agreement, ID verification, and security hold. It’s a simple process you can complete on your phone, no app download is required.
* You will receive a link to complete these steps after booking.
* A security hold of $500 is placed on your credit card, similar to a hotel check-in.
* Please note: Arrival instructions will not be sent until these steps are completed, and refunds are not possible if they are skipped.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
